Molly Sullins

Associate Attorney

Molly was born and raised in Athens, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University, graduating magna cum laude in December 2021, and her law degree from Mercer University School of Law in 2025, again magna cum laude.

Molly focused on family law throughout law school. She interned with two family law firms during her summers and served as a student attorney in Mercer’s Domestic Violence Clinic during the academic year. Sworn in under Georgia’s Third Year Practice Act, she represented victims of domestic violence in Temporary Protective Order hearings before the Superior Court of Bibb County. She was also a member of the legal honor society Phi Delta Phi and completed the Advanced Legal Writing Certificate Program.

Molly’s passion for family law drives her work at Naggiar & Sarif, where she helps clients navigate their cases with dedication and care.

In her free time, Molly enjoys playing pickleball and traveling.
