Emma Cavagnaro
Emma Cavagnaro grew up outside of Greenwich, Connecticut, before moving to Memphis, Tennessee. She attended Millsaps College, where she double majored in Political Science and Business Administration, minored in American Studies, and received an honors degree in Government and Politics. Emma attended law school at the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she was a member of the Interprofessional Education Board and Delta Theta Phi.
While in law school, Emma gained invaluable experience as a clerk in Judge McCarty’s chambers at the Mississippi Court of Appeals. Emma additionally clerked for the Investigations division at the State Auditor’s Office of Mississippi, as well as various summer internships across the southern United States.
Emma’s passion for advocating for others led her to the practice of family law in the Fall of 2023. When she’s not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs at their home in Buckhead.
