Bryson Hash is an accomplished family law litigator with a proven record of success in high-stakes and complex matters. Before entering private practice, Bryson served as a staff attorney to a Superior Court Judge in DeKalb County, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and how family law cases are analyzed, negotiated, and decided at trial. He later developed significant courtroom experience litigating and trying cases in State and Superior Courts throughout Georgia and in proceedings across multiple states, securing favorable verdicts as well as multi-million-dollar settlements and judgments on behalf of his clients.
Although Bryson prioritizes resolving disputes efficiently and out of court, he prepares every matter as if it will proceed to trial. This proactive and strategic approach ensures critical evidence is preserved, legal arguments are fully developed, and his clients are positioned for the strongest possible outcome at trial or in settlement negotiations.
A respected family law practitioner, Bryson routinely handles divorce actions involving asset tracing and business interests, paternity and legitimation matters, custody and child support modifications, and contempt actions to enforce court orders. He has successfully represented both fathers and mothers throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area and in numerous counties across Georgia.
Bryson graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law with honors in litigation. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science summa cum laude from Old Dominion University, where he served as President of the Pi Sigma Alpha honor society. He is also a registered mediator with the State of Georgia and has successfully mediated hundreds of cases.
Outside of his practice, Bryson enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, and their two daughters, traveling, and attending live music events.
