

Hayley Kehner is a South Carolina native who moved to Georgia to attend Mercer University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree. During her time at Mercer, Hayley was an active member of the Student Bar Association, and a member of The Bootle Inn of Court. She also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Richard Creswell, and received accolades such as the CALI Award in the Social Justice Lawyering Seminar.
Prior to law school, Hayley attended Presbyterian College where she competed in Division I Cross Country and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History. Hayley has clerked for the Honorable Judge Edward Lukemire in Houston County Superior Court. There, she gained valuable insight and experience in a variety of family law and divorce matters. Hayley has honed her skills to ardently advocate for her clients and has had her work featured in Family Lawyer Magazine. She has also been a guest lecturer at Mercer Law School on the topic of professionalism.
In her free time, Hayley enjoys running, baking, and spending time with her husband.
