David Sarif was born in Cape Town, South Africa and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating from Woodward Academy, he attended the nationally recognized McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. Sarif subsequently attended Georgia State University College of Law, where he earned accolades such as the CALI Award in Securities, Interests, and Liens. He graduated in 2004.

Mr. Sarif has been recognized by Georgia Trend Magazine as a Legal Elite attorney in Family Law and honored as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for numerous years which appears in Atlanta Magazine and Super Lawyers Magazine. He has been an adjunct professor of law at John Marshall Law school and has been quoted by, assisted with stories for, written articles for, or appeared on CBS Atlanta, ESPN Outside the Lines, the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, OK Magazine, the Fulton County Daily Report, and Family Lawyer Magazine.

Mr. Sarif is trained as a trial attorney, a collaborative lawyer, and also a Guardian Ad Litem. Mr. Sarif enjoys spending his free time with his wife, a pediatrician, and their children.
