Danny Naggiar earned his law degree in 2000 from Georgetown University, one of the nation’s preeminent law programs, before becoming a legal consultant to numerous talent management and entertainment companies in California. Seeking to broaden his legal knowledge, Danny joined the Army and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia as a Judge Advocate (in the JAG Corps). Danny served almost four years on active duty before being honorably discharged at the rank of Captain.
Danny also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia prosecuting cases for the Army in Federal Court. After leaving active duty, Danny continued to serve in the Department of the Army as a Civilian Attorney where he was promoted to the Chief of Legal Assistance, supervising other attorneys and legal staff. During his tenure, his office won the Chief of Staff Legal Assistance award serving over 30,000 service members, their family members, and retirees. After leaving federal service, Danny was awarded the Superior Civilian Service Award.
As a military officer and as a civilian attorney, Danny has been counsel in thousands of family law, criminal law, and estate planning cases for the active duty and military retiree population of Atlanta.
Now in private practice, Danny focuses on family law cases and their related issues. While Danny represents both military and nonmilitary clients in their family law matters, clients with military divorce issues often seek Danny out due to his skill and experience with military law and its unique issues.
